North Dubbo Public School, NSW

This was the first time that Dubbo North Support students attended the Dream Cricket program. To say it was a success would have been an understatement. We had students that were not keen to attend. However, after participating in all of the activities and their anxiety levels decreasing throughout the morning they had the best time and decided that they now like cricket - with one student asking his parents if he could play cricket this summer.

The students were also excited about receiving a medal for their efforts. One student said that it was the first medal he had ever received, whilst another was excited about receiving his first ever medal that was not a soccer medal.
